Unfortunately, I’ve had to use Gerber Collision twice after other drivers hit my car. Both experiences were excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to get my car repaired and back to me as quickly as possible.

Came here after an accident, the staff was very nice, helpful and communicated whenever there was an update I needed to be aware of. They also took the time to look at my car post-repairs after I reported a noise, which they fixed at no extra cost. Would recommend to anyone who asked

The technician was informed of specific parts that were damaged. Unfortunately, he continues to deny the existence of one of the parts. This has been almost a year trying to resolve with Gerber. I am beyond frustrated. The only good thing they did was tell me that my vehicle had hail damage when delivered so I was able to get that fixed. That’s the one star I gave them. The damage that the vehicle was scheduled for repair was not completed, and they publish that their work is guaranteed. This is the shop in North Normal. I do not recommend.

Gerber Collision & Glass in Normal, IL delivered an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. They completed our vehicle’s collision repair in just four days, and the car looks amazing — their detailed service left a great finishing touch that truly made the difference. I got rear ended a few days ago & it reminded me I forgot to write a review about this place. I hit a raccoon some months ago and decided to take my vehicle to gerber collision & glass on eagle. These people were extremely nice and took very nice care of my car, the repairs were close to 3k I think if I’m recalling right due to radiator damage & a few other things ( hit the raccoon on the highway) and gerber had my vehicle fixed in just a couple days. An A/C hose did come off a few days after repair (no big deal things happen) & gerber did not hesitate to get me in as soon as possible to fix the hose at no cost to me. I will be taking my 2023 Toyota Camry back to gerber for the rear end repair. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass. 5 stars for the amazing effort & service.
